Director/ECE II
Miss Kathy
Kathy is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE II) with 20 years of experience helping preschoolers develop confidence and a love of learning. Having lived in the community for over 40 years, she values the strong connections built with local families and takes pride in creating a warm, engaging classroom environment. She enjoys bringing learning to life through circle time, storytelling, and music. With both of her children having attended the preschool where she works, the role holds a special place in her heart.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and two dogs, baking, listening to music, and cheering on her favourite football teams. She also enjoys being outdoors in the summer, making the most of the warm weather. Passionate about early childhood education, she is committed to supporting young learners as they grow and prepare for grade school.

ECE II
Miss Debbie
Miss Debbie has been a dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE II) since 2007 and started at Springfield Tiny Tots in 2017. She brings creativity, warmth and a passion for learning to the classroom every day. She loves engaging children in hands-on crafts and sharing the joy of music, fostering an environment where little learners can express themselves and grow with confidence.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys collecting rocks and butterflies, gardening, cooking, jigsaw puzzles and most of all, spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her love for nature and creativity shines through in everything she does.

Miss Jocelyn
Miss Jocelyn has lived in Oakbank for 9 years. She has worked at Tiny Tots since September 2024. Previously, both her children have gone through two years at tiny tots, while volunteering her time on the preschool board. Miss Jocelyn has completed a professional child care career skills program at Ashworth college along with her WEVAS course. She spent seven years at home raising her children, a lot of playing, crafts, learning games and teaching them about everyday life. “Story time” is one of her favorite ways to connect with her children. Jocelyn enjoys a good book, camping, fishing, beach days in the summer, skiing and walks in the winter.
